To make a gift to acknowledge the care you or a loved one received, please visit our online payment form. (Be sure to select Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District as your Health Organisation in the drop-down menu.)
You can, if you wish, write a detailed message with your donation and contact details to share your story with us. It will be our pleasure to inform our staff of your thoughtful gift and message of thanks, without disclosing the amount. Or sharing more about your wishes and those whom the donation may be in memory of.
